After finalizing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing a voucher.
This voucher will include your booking number and all necessary details for your upcoming trip.

Important Note: Your designated driver will greet you with a name sign showing the first and last names you specified during your reservation.
During airport transfers, your driver will be awaiting your arrival at the exit of the arrivals area, following the passport control and baggage claim sections.
For hotel transfers, your driver will be positioned in the lobby area.
Comprehensive instructions for the meeting point can be accessed in your trip confirmation voucher. Additionally, you will find the driver's contact number provided therein.
We monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive in time.
If your flight is seriosly delayed just email or call us and keep in touch until we have the new details.
If your fligth details is changed please call or email us and we will update your booking with new details.
